We manage the entire grouping of orders placed on the Centre e-commercial sites, and the relationship with Stock AZ.

We have 2 storage warehouses, with a total surface area of 8,000m², of which 5,000m² is racked. Product storage is organised into stocks and picking

Simple, efficient information management

Our information management system is based on software which was developed to the specifications of a top mail-order company. It was specially designed for our company and according to our criteria, in order to meet our expectations. We have it upgraded regularly by our IT services provider to ensure that it always corresponds as closely as possible to our clients' businesses.
Files can be exchanged with our clients in text (.txt), Excel or xml formats. We are keen to adapt to your requirements and consequently will consider requests for the use of other file formats on a case by case basis.
Exchanges can be carried out by e-mail, FTP or EDI.

Insurers

Stock AZ is entirely responsible for the activities it carries out.
In particular, Stock AZ is responsible for all damage caused to goods or equipment which your company entrusts to it, as a result of theft, fire, flood, explosion, act of terrorism, etc. (non-exhaustive list), and for any other damage caused by its activities, from the time that goods or equipment are received by Stock AZ.
Stock AZ has an insurance policy with Gan Assurance covering all risks, fire, flood, explosion, etc. for the value of goods stocked.

Security

- Fire : Warehouses are certified to N4 standard. They are equipped with fire hoses, extinguishers and smoke outlets
- Theft : Buildings are alarmed and part of an electronic surveillance network (contract with Sécuritas)
Data are protected by online back-ups on two different locations
We can recover the data stored on this online back-up system via a secure server for an immediate restart
